The Red Door

“The Red Door” was the home of a growing family who had decided it was time to leave the urban jungle behind for the slower pace of the burbs, closer to family and friends for more support for their little ones. In Toronto’s red HOT real estate market, now more than ever, was the best time to take advantage of soaring real estate prices, bank some extra cash and jump into a home with more space.

During our consultation, Glass Onion Group Inc. identified a list of home improvements that needed to be done in order to sell the home in a timely manner and receive a substantial return on investment. By following our design recommendations and investing in a contractor to prepare the home for sale, our team was able to completely design the space in one week (following the trades/renovations), at no additional cost for staging, with astonishing results.

The “Design-To-Sell” overhaul included: top-to-bottom painting including kitchen cabinets, ceilings and all trim, new floors, minor repairs (including plaster/filling holes), new lighting, new hardware, all new window treatments and complete in-home staging.
